Short & Long Term Placement

As a carer you want to relax, knowing that your relative, friend or client is in a safe, welcoming environment with personalised care and support tailored to their needs. A short stay at one of our care homes can give people the opportunity to experience a short break among friendly, welcoming staff and it's also a chance to meet with other people we support as well.

Many of our care homes are happy to arrange a trial stay to allow the individual to see if the home is the right choice for them as their new permanent home.

We can offer just one night or a longer short break stay, and work closely with families and professionals to ensure continuity in our approach and the provision of support.

Factors such as, risk assessment and compatibility, which are within the confines of our assessment process, will serve as key determinants in the Homes decision to accept or refuse short term and short break referrals. This will ensure that such placement does not become disruptive to the service users already accommodated in the home.
