Support Worker

Experience desirable but not essential as training is provided.

Duties will include:

  • Monitoring and assisting residents with all aspects of their daily life.
  • Supporting young adults/children with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, which may include challenging behaviour.
  • Assisting residents as appropriate with all aspects of personal care, taking responsibility for collecting information regarding care plans.
  • Attending reviews and meetings concerning residents, and any other related tasks as required.
  • Take responsibility by following tailored plans of assistance for mobility, communication, social interaction, nutrition and physical care.
